This was an amazing first experience for us and for Baby Girl Mila! First time trying a Mobile Pet Care service. Dee and Dr. Dash were exceptional, kind, and loving toward our Mila. She was relaxed with them, did not try to run and hide....she let them hold her, give her an injection, and trim her bulky fur on her back. Then she played with the cute toy they gave her. We will definitely be seeing them again! Our sincerest thanks and gratitude to Dee and Dr. Dash.

This is more than a business — it’s a ministry. When I realized my dog was nearing the end of her life I was panicked and confused. Dee guided me through a heartbreaking situation with empathy, compassion, and patience. When the time came, she treated my Teenie with the utmost respect and love. She turned a very difficult decision into a moment of peace and beauty. When Teenie crossed the rainbow bridge, she left the comfort and love of our home surrounded by family, in my arms, and walked into more love than we could imagine. We would like to thank Dr. Dash & Dee for helping us say good bye to our special Sadie in such a calm and loving way and at home surrounded by what she knew and the family she loved. They were so tender to her yet very efficient and made sure her passing was calm and she was not frightened.

Any situation where you need a mobile vet is generally not one without complications, remote contact with loved ones, or clients with mobility needs. Dee services my mother’s assisted living community and thank goodness do that. Upon being called to my mother’s case, Dee investigated with care and compassion. With an understanding that a woman with dementia would be almost impossible to gain information from. The situation was dire. Sammy was found very ill and without any source of help from my mother who thought he was resting. Dee assessed the situation, advised us on next best steps and helped us better understand what was happening 2000 miles away. The next day she checked in to see how things were going. Unfortunately they took a turn for the worse and Sammy needed to be hospitalized. Without asking for anything , Dee volunteered her time, acted as an advocate and transported Sammy to the ER. Moreover she negotiated with them, to help bring down the costs so care, as my mom is a senior citizen. She followed up with check-ins after staying hours with Sammy to make sure he was getting better. Dee brought a shining light into our darkness, and I’ll forever be thankful for her heart, her knowledge, and her compassion. I recommend her without reservation. She is one of a kind.

We were in need of immediate help getting my sister’s dog to the emergency vet after he passed. I spoke to a few companies but Dee offered the best prices as well as personalized care, & was able to assist us the quickest compared to the other places we spoke with. She was so kind, knowledgeable & compassionate. I cannot recommend her enough!
